Refund Policy

We accept returns for online orders within 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must be in pristine condition, unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Kindly understand that all clearance items are considered final sale.

The shipping expenses for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an incorrect item has been dispatched.  If this is the case please reach out to us at info@monilex.com

To process your return, we kindly ask for a receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receipt of your returned items, your refund will be processed within five to seven business days. An email confirmation will be sent to notify you once the return is finalized.

Shipping

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
